Dr Gus Freitas grew up in a family of dentists, so it's little wonder he followed in their footsteps and earned his Bachelor of Dental Science in São Paulo, Brazil. With over 26 years in dentistry, his passion for restoring oral health and function has led him to a special interest in prosthetic, aesthetic, and implant dentistry—areas he's found at the forefront of dental innovation and patient care.
Today, Gus focuses on surgical and implant treatments. With FoX Implant Centres, he performs full-arch implant surgery, often known as All-on-4®. He also places single implants for Given Smile patients, working alongside the rest of our team, who provide your everyday dental care.

Dr Benson Poon has moved on from Given Smile.
While we welcome a new dentist and oral health therapist to the team, some appointments—including six-monthly check-ups—are temporarily on hold.
